Ben Vance

Ben’s Real Estate Career spans almost 20 years and across two countries at either ends of the globe. It started in London back in 2003 when Ben first entered the industry as a fresh faced 23-year-old only days after touching down on the tarmac at Heathrow Airport. His career took off from the moment he began, and Ben soon established his own Real Estate Agency in Wimbledon, London – Longbow Property Pty Ltd, which still operates today. Having built a successful business from nothing, in a country far from home, it was obvious that Ben found his passion.

In 2010, Ben returned to Tasmania and continued his career having chosen to work with the Harcourts Brand. Ben has been successfully selling property throughout the Greater Hobart area for more than 10 years and has firmly proven himself as a successful agent within the Harcourts Group and in Southern Tasmania, at his peak rising to the TOP 5 agents within Harcourts Tasmania.

Bringing infectious energy, enthusiasm and wealth of experience, Ben consistently delivers on his promises to clients with many record prices, successes, and friendships along the way. Ben has a firm grip on his ability to secure the best possible outcome for his clients, with a strong work ethic, strategic approach to selling, and all within relaxed and approachable style that is unique to only Ben. Ben firmly believes on treating everyone with same warmth, openness, respect, and friendliness as he would like to be treated. Ben has recruited additional Sales support from Tom Levitt and Administrative support from Corrine Eastwood to achieve even better outcomes for his clients.

Ben has completed his Diploma in Property Services and regularly attends training to further enhance his knowledge and skill base. Ben has completed Auctioneer training and has called many successful Auctions around Hobart for his own clients and for colleagues.

Away from work Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and two daughters - Audrey and Frankie; playing tennis, exploring our beautiful Tasmanian outdoors through bushwalking, and when he gets the chance loves to go fishing, diving for crayfish and can be found occasionally on the golf course trying to keep it down the middle but failing miserably.
