Kylie has been with Elders for 10 years, transitioning from a short term contract to a permanent role as the office expanded. As a Property Manager, Kylie’s role is fast paced and challenging. She manages her own portfolio, working hard to ensure that your investment property is well taken care of and achieving high yields.

She was born and bred in Whyalla, giving her decades of local experience and expert knowledge to draw on.

Kylie manages a wide ranging portfolio of properties, and enjoys excellent relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers alike.

Her organisational skills are second to none, allowing her to manage the vast array of responsibilities that come with the role. As a valued member of the Elders Whyalla team, Kylie will work with you to find the right tenant for your property and ensure that it’s managed with care and efficiency.
