Like many of you, local real estate professional Mattias Samuelsson has a genuine passion for our local community. Since moving into real estate from a career in international hotel sales, Mattias has seen success at all levels of the industry, quickly establishing himself as a top performing agent. Within 5 years he has played a key role in negotiating more than 100 property sales exceeding $1million which included 3 of the top 5 sales in the Northern Illawarra and has been named amongst the high performing ‘Ray White Premier Agents’ for the last 3 consecutive years.

Mattias has been coached and influenced by some of the best that the real estate industry has to offer including Josh Phegan, Mark Mcleod, Tom Panos and plenty of others. His refreshing customer focused approach to real estate combined with in-depth market knowledge has earned him the loyalty and support of his clients, both buyers and sellers alike.

Having recently taken on a role as Director at Ray White Helensburgh, Mattias’ business philosophy revolves around giving back to the local community that has supported his business over the years. In addition to sponsoring the local schools, sporting clubs, charities and organisations, he also hosts special events for local residents such as the free outdoor movie night which, due to popular demand, has now become an annual event.
