Cathryn considers herself a true local.
She was born in Subiaco and her grandfather Clem Bahen, grew up on Subiaco Road, playing footy for Subiaco Football Club in the 1920s. He has since been made a Centennian of the club posthumously and one of the original 100 lockers is sporting his name. So, living together with her two daughters and son in Subi, she well aware of the strong sense of place this wonderful suburb and the Western Suburbs evokes.
Her life experiences are however, far reaching. Growing up in the iconic P+O Hotel in High Street in Fremantle and encouraged by another famous footballer from South Fremantle and North Melbourne, her father Gerry Bahen, she graduated with an Education Degree. She travelled overseas, living, for many years in the States, Middle East and United Kingdom.
London and the joys of old houses and country estates, led to her passion for architecture, design and residential real estate and to her bidding farewell to her teaching career.
Cathryn has been working very successfully in real estate since 1991, in all suburbs between Perth and Fremantle, specialising predominately in Subiaco and character homes. She consistently achieves strong sales results, which is evidenced by the repeat business from her many satisfied clients.

Endorsed by the Australian Medical Association in 2010 as their preferred agent when dealing in real estate in the Western Suburbs, she is acutely aware of the organisation required when marketing homes and is conscious that the medical fraternity should concentrate on saving lives, while she concentrates on saving their properties.
