Emma Eriksson

A Sunshine Coast Hinterland resident of over 26 years, Emma Eriksson has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Sunshine Coast property market and the local community. Holding the position of Office Manager & Senior Property Manager, Emma describes her ultimate role as ‘maintaining and protecting clients’ investments to the highest standard’. Emma enjoys being able to work with long-term locals that know and trust her, in addition to growing the community by introducing holiday makers to this scenic part of the world.

Living and working in the community has allowed Emma to relay first-hand knowledge and experiences to her clients across all property types, from apartments to acreage. Having previously worked in an education support role, Emma possesses the patience, resilience and determination required to successfully fulfil the position of Senior Property Manager. Exceptional communication and organisational skills naturally led to growth within the business, with Emma also taking on the role of Office Manager.

Emma’s role is one of exceptional responsibility, with a large portion of the properties she manages owned by landlords who live overseas or interstate. Emma prides herself on taking on the extra responsibility that this challenge presents, building long-term relationships and providing clear, consistent communication to establish confidence and credibility in herself and the business. Emma places great importance on building rapport and trust with her clients, getting to know their wants and needs in order to deliver the best possible outcome.

Among Emma’s favourite things about living in the hinterland are the community spirit, the natural unspoiled beauty and convenience to the rest of the Sunshine Coast, whilst still feeling serene and secluded. Looking to the future, Emma’s 10-year plan is to gain experience across all aspects of the industry, including property sales. Together with Agency Principal Kristy-Lee Renouf, Emma looks to expand the business to multiple sites across the Sunshine Coast in the coming years, while continuing to service her clients in the tropical paradise she calls home.
