Chris Barrett

Born and bred in Hawthorn, a former Xavier College student and happily residing with his young family in the local area, Chris Barrett brings a wealth of local knowledge to his role as Director and Licensed Estate Agent at Marshall White. Chris was also recently awarded sales person of the year 2021/22.

His infectious enthusiasm and vibrant personality are unmistakable. With a background in Commerce, two decades of experience and unrivalled knowledge of the market, Chris is an admired leader in his field.

He has a particular passion for building strong relationships and bringing buyer and seller together to ensure cohesive negotiations and ultimately a successful sale.

Chris is a proud father of three young children, Charlotte, Sophie and George, and shares with his wife Alice his passion for travel, horse racing, water skiing and tennis. A proud member of the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, Victoria Racing Club and Melbourne Racing Club, Chris also enjoys watching the Old Xaverians’ football matches after his busy Saturdays.
