Dane Queenan

Dane commenced his real estate career on property management traineeship in 2004. Since then, Dane has worked in all facets of the Real Estate industry. Through hard work and dedication, Dane has now been selling real estate for 16 years and is highly respected across the community. In Danes first year of selling, he was awarded the PRD Australian Rookie of the Year, a fiercely contested award across Australia.

In 2010, Dane was ranked No.1 Salesperson Australia-wide in PRD achieving a highly regarded milestone in only his third year of selling Real Estate. More recently, Dane had been ranked the No.1 Selling Principal for 2021, 2018 and the No.1 Selling Agent in 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2009. For the past 13 years, Dane has been ranked the No.1 or No.2 Selling Agent nationally which is an amazing achievement and proves how consistent he is at selling his clients properties.

Having sold 178 properties during 2017, 155 properties in 2018, 171 properties in 2019, 212 properties in 2020 and 209 properties in 2021, Dane has now handled over 2000 sales transactions during his career and is respected as one of the most successful agents across the country. Dane credits his achievement to his never quit attitude, enthusiasm, discipline and his extremely honest, approachable demeanor to strive for a winning solution for his clients when negotiating their sale.
