Principal’s Brit Carr and Jade Carr have always had a strong interest in Real Estate. Their family background in property development has fostered a lifelong focus and affinity with the Real Estate Industry which lead to the opening of LJ Hooker Rockhampton.

Brit takes enormous pride within her work and on delivering a personal tailored approach. As an agency, they are conscious that when it comes to all aspects of their business a “one size fits all” approach simply does not cut it.

Prior to commencing a Career in Real Estate, Brit’s had ten years’ experience in a legal firm, allowing her to see yet another side of the property investment process. This was put to excellent use as Brit puts 110% into the daily running’s of the business and ensures all aspects of the business is run as smoothly and as effectively as possible.

Whilst Brit certainly has all the credentials on paper, her strong business acumen coupled with her friendly down to earth nature & incredible ability to help all those they meet along the way, Brit’s role as Principals has been very successful and rewarding.
