Commenced my real estate career in 1983

Following various university studies and completing my Real Estate License in 1983 during which time I sold residential real estate. After getting my real estate agents licence I went into Merchant Banking specialising as their property guru. They were great times but in 1992 I decided it was time to work for myself and I set up my own real estate office.

After a slow start I made a quantum leap by joining Raine & Horne franchise as their first metropolitan office. Best decision of my career. Since this time, I have seen better systems, faster technology, greater client expectations and many changes to the laws that govern our industry. I am a firm believer that we need to constantly embrace new technology and be active in attending learning seminars; otherwise you cannot possibly grow as an individual or as a business.

Prior to opening as the Mandurah office in 2006 I was a Principal & Managing Director in Raine & Horne Commercial (WA) as well as Raine & Horne Community Projects, which specialized in retirement villages, group dwellings development and land subdivision.

For many years it had been my dream to be the owner of Raine & Horne Mandurah as Mandurah had been experiencing great growth prior to the GFC. My timing could have been better as there has been a slump in activity during and post GFC, but in recent times we are finally seeing good sales activity due to the great value being discovered by buyers.

I now have a dedicated team of employees which is the springboard for continued success. We will be constantly implementing new technologies and more importantly will continue to provide the excellent service that Raine & Horne Mandurah has been renowned for.

I personally specialise in commercial sales and occasionally commercial leasing, resulting in us providing a largest range of commercial property for sale in Mandurah.
