Chris Calvert is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and the licensee and Principal of LJ Hooker Balmain. Chris began his real estate career in 1993 in Balmain and has owned the agency for the last 16 years.
Living and working in Balmain for over 25 years Chris’s expertise and level of knowledge is second to none. He is also very well known and highly respected in the local community.
Chris relishes the competitive nature of the real estate market and through his relaxed and down to earth approach is renowned for consistently achieving the highest possible price for his vendors.

- Recognised as one of LJ Hooker’s highest achievers, he has been a member of the prestigious Captains Club since he joined the company in 1998 and has recently been awarded a life member of the Multi Million Dollar Chapter which represents the top 1% of all sales people in Australasia. 2017 saw Chris take out the Diamond award.
