Richard Andrews

Richard started his Real Estate career way back in 1982 as a sales representative and by the end of 1984 had already qualified to become a Licenced Agent with intentions of one day owning his own real estate business.

Cutting his teeth in the north eastern suburbs of Perth, he later moved to live and work in Subiaco, the suburb he had held close to his heart for many years.

Now through his many local friends and past clients, he has built this boutique business which operates mainly on repeat business and referrals.

With his wife Eva, Richard strives to live a balanced life of work and pleasure adhering to a strict moral and ethical code that he is proud to say came from being instilled in him from childhood by his parents.
