Rebecca Pym

Rebecca is a local girl, she was born and grew up in beautiful Mannum and is well known and liked.

She ventured into Real Estate administration in 1998 for around 5 years after leaving school, where she won ‘Top Administrator’ within SA and NT within her group.

Shortly after she completed her Certificate in Real Estate Sales in 2006, she quickly achieved successful results making the ‘Top 10’ in number of sales for Oct-Dec 2008.

Rebecca has fast become a household name in Mannum and the Murraylands, and is a regular recipient of our “Top Salesperson” award for our company.

After considering the other options I chose Rebecca as the agent for the sale of my property at 18 Greening Street, Mannum, SA 5238.

I had previously attempted to sell the property some years before, but changed my mind and decided to rent it for a while until the market picked up. The fact that when it became time for it to be finally sold there was no need to look for an agent the second time around.

The service Rebecca provided was at all times exemplary. I have at all times been completely happy with the way she marketed and found a buyer for the property.

As it was originally my parents home and had been in my family's name from when it was first built in 1965 it was reassuring to have someone like Rebecca find the next owner for the house.

Her efforts were at all times professional and courteous. The marketing was outstanding. The newspaper advertising and open inspections were above what could be expected. I was at all times kept well informed of interest shown at open inspections and of any progress towards the eventual sale.

During the process there were a couple of occasions where Rebecca had to ring me to say an expression of interest or an offer had fallen through, due to influences beyond our control. I am sure she felt as disappointed as I was when she rang me to tell me.

I am now retired and live in Mannum, the town where I was born. The house I now live in I purchased through BH Partners. As someone who shifted house many times during my 42 years as a teacher I have been involved in the purchase and sale of a number of properties across three states.
