Nigel enjoyed success for almost 20 years as an agent on the Gold Coast. Nigel facilitated over 770 sales ranging from single bedroom units to multi-million-dollar, prestige homes.
It was the draw of family and grandchildren that bought Nigel and his wife back to the Island State. Nigel has been enjoying the relaxed lifestyle, the climate and renovating and landscaping his forever home.
However……..like so many successful agents, Nigel missed the real estate industry. Nigel missed the fast pace, the high energy, the sense of fulfillment that comes from perfectly matching a buyer with a new home and the sense of satisfaction that comes from negotiating with skill. Nigel is proud to be representing Key2 Property in the next chapter of his real estate career and looks forward to plying his trade in and around Launceston.
