Tom Glavich

Tom Glavich arrived and has lived in the Liverpool area since 1955, commencing work in real estate in 1971. Gaining his licence as a real estate agent in 1974, Tom went on further and in 1980 won the award ‘Best in NSW’ in “Advanced Property Management” to now being a registered valuer. Tom commenced work at Nucifora Real Estate in 1977 as a sales person and accepted the challenge of property management a year later. Over the past 36 years Tom’s vast experience in property management and the residential tenancy tribunal, has gained him trust and respect by other real estate associates and indeed within the community. Tom has also served on Liverpool City Council for 13 years since 1991, holding many positions including Traffic Committee Chairman. Tom loves a challenge, he loves his job, he loves the people he meets and associates with, he is respected and trusted by all. Working by his ‘motto’, BE HONEST and BE FAIR TO EVERYONE’
