Ray Harb

Eternally grateful for his family’s ethics of hard work, determination and commitment, Ray Harb attributes his multi award-winning success in real estate to his high standards, positivity, attention to detail and his personal responsibility to make his family and his business partners proud.

Ray began working at the age of 11, working in the family restaurants and retail. He finished his education at St Paul’s College and went on to pursue a Business and Marketing degree. He took a year off to travel, returning to Melbourne to begin his real estate career in March 2005. Ray approached real estate with the need to always have his client’s best intentions at heart, which he continues to do today.

Raised in the inner west as a first generation Australian, Ray is bilingual and has a passion to help people from all cultures to have the Australian dream of owning their own home. He loves the excitement of making their dreams come true. He is highly motivated, and revels in the adrenalin when selling, negotiating and competing against other agents, committed to staying on top of his game.

Ray also helps mentor younger staff members, training them in all facets of sales so they can fly their wings and go out on their own. “It’s a thrill to see other agents become a success.”

An accomplished sportsman, Ray played district cricket for Carlton Cricket Club, and also played local football. He is a modest family man who loves spending time outside of work with his wife, twin boys and daughter and their family dog and cat..
