Jessica has built her career around a passion for property. Operating the back end systems in Ray Talati's team, Jessica brings her outgoing personality, knowledge and experience in residential sales to the energetic team. Ray and Jessica have a combined sales experience of over 400 properties, consistently strive for excellence and are driven by exceeding their clients expectations.

With eight years experience in residential sales, Jessica mastered various roles with rapid progression from personal assistant, buyers agent, associate agent to listing agent. During this time she grew her employers business to achieve over 50% market share and a #37 ranking in REB’s Top 50 women in real estate. Following, she became an independent real estate agent specialising in 5 star service to all clients and creating a repeat referral business.

Jessica is a true expert in all areas of property including sales and design. She is a qualified interior design and decorator and used her styling skill set to transform her clients properties ready for market and advised on renovating for sale and profit.

Most recently, Jessica has extended her love for properties and elevated her expertise by becoming a qualified building designer. As a high achiever, Jessica was accepted into a specialized intensive exchange program in Denmark as part of her studies where she excelled in the Architectural Technology and Construction Management Program with a focus on sustainability and prefabrication. Having already achieved a design award as a student, Jessica excels in integrating her design skills with her love for real estate in Ray Talati’s team at Dijones Real Estate.
