Having called the Sunshine Coast home for the past 15 years, Liam originally hails from Wellington, New Zealand. Liam holds a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction before venturing into real estate, he spent 7 years honing his skills in carpentry, bringing valuable hands-on knowledge of construction and renovation to his current role. Liam also spent 3 years in his own business pressure cleaning and soft washing properties preparing them for sale so he understands aesthetically what is possible to bring the best out of any property.

He enjoys engaging in various activities such as Brazillian jiu jitsu, fishing, four wheel driving and camping, finding fulfillment in connecting with nature and exploring the world around him.
