Charlie Markham

It was the combination of being able to live a rural lifestyle not far from the ocean that drew me to this beautiful region. I can indulge in my passion for the land and still get my coastal fix.

I gained my Real Estate Licence in 1970 and am a Life Member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW. For more than 20 years I served clients in the northern districts of Sydney. I owned and operated two of the region’s most successful offices – Gordon & Quance in Eastwood and North Ryde.

With so many years of experience I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in the areas of management, marketing and finance. I’ve always been happy to share my knowledge and this has resulted in a solid base of trust and confidence with clients. I’ve built a dedicated client following and still receive a steady flow of referrals from long-term clients to this day.

I make it a priority to understand individual needs so that I can share my experience in property transactions and provide the guidance and reassurance when you need it most.
