David established Falk & Co in 1999 after many years of experience in the Real Estate & Livestock Industry working with firms such as Elders, VPC and Kay & Burton in Melbourne.
David is an experienced Auctioneer and a Licensed Estate Agent. In 2008 David merged the business with Phillips & Co, which was a strategic move for Falk & Co to better service their existing clients in the provincial City of Warrnambool.
Phillips & Co was a well established family firm as is Falk & Co, with Mr David Phillips at the helm who offered wealth of knowledge after many years in the industry. Falk & Co are continuing to strive ahead within the industry to provide a first class service to new and existing clientele.
