Bill Atkinson

Bill has been involved in the real estate industry for three decades with 10 years working directly with buyers and sellers listing and selling property, progressing to various corporate roles and BDM positions with leading franchise groups and industry providers. With humble beginnings as a cadet in a large franchise group in Castle Hill NSW in 1994, moving through to a sales person, sales manager and ultimately a licensee and director of a real estate agency managing staff in both property management and sales departments in New South Wales’ outer west until late 2005.

Bill moved to WA in 2006 and worked with realestate.com.au as an Account Manager through to 2010, as Operations Manager with Professionals Head Office WA/NT from 2010 to 2014 then WA State Manager for Century 21 Australia to mid 2015. Until mid 2016 Bill worked with rent.com.au and the private landlord market but for the past several months, Bill has really enjoyed being a House Dad and states this is something not all Dads are lucky enough to enjoy.

Bill is an Iluka resident with a young family aged 10 and 7 whom attend Beaumaris Primary and will celebrate 20 years with his partner Rebecca this year. “We really enjoy the coastal lifestyle, the beach, the cycle paths and the sports facilities for the kids around Ocean Reef and Iluka, so close the beach but within a reasonable drive to the CBD.”
