In 2020, Nitish launched a career in Real Estate as Leasing agent and climbed the rope's as a Residential Property Manager within three months excelling in the competitive landscape of Southeast Melbourne, establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent. As the trusted Property Manager advisor to his clients, Nitish knows that buying and or managing the rental property is complex and deeply personal.

Nitish understands the market and all the variables involved in a real estate transaction. Nitish want to make sure that his clients feel supported and that they have a trusted advisor by your side.

As a Southeast Melbourne native, Nitish has intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to provide great customer service built on communication, attention to detail, dedication, and transparency.

Prior to Real Estate, Nitish completed is Bachelor of Aviation from Swinburne University and Flight Instructor Rating from Flight Training Adelaide, and afterward began work in aviation industry.

Passionate about flying, when Nitish isn’t in the office, you’ll often find him at Moorabbin Airport, planning joy flights around Melbourne. He also enjoys time with his friends and family and it is never something Nitish takes for granted.
