As Founding Partner and office manager of Horwood Nolan, Melissa has proudly embraced her senior role in the family run business.

She started Horwood Nolan with her husband Ben 15 years ago, while successfully juggling three children at the same time.

Now back full-time, Melissa is delighted to see the close-knit culture which she nurtured from the beginning has only grown stronger.

The highly experienced HN team is either made up of family or people who are just like family, and that’s the way Melissa likes it.

She ensures everyone is constantly training, up-skilling and being given the tools needed to achieve their potential.

Melissa’s expertise, enthusiasm, caring nature and strong ties to the community have gone a long way to making Horwood Nolan the success story it is today.
