Brad Ball

Brad a born and raised in Launceston, who comes to Parry Property with a fresh minded and client first approach to Real Estate. Working the start of his career in the Meander Valley region, he has now moved into the Northern Tasmanian market.

What sets Brad apart from others in his field is his honesty and transparency. He is upfront about the realities of the market and does not sugar-coat things just to make a sale. Brad believes that the best way to serve his clients is to provide them with accurate information, so they can make informed decisions.

Brad's caring nature is evident in the way he interacts with his clients. He takes the time to understand their needs and priorities, and he works tirelessly to find properties that meet those requirements. Brad is patient and understanding, and he never pressures his clients into making a decision they are not comfortable with.

Furthermore, Brad is an excellent communicator, always available to answer questions and address any concerns that his clients may have. He keeps his clients informed every step of the way, providing them with regular updates on the progress of their transactions.

When Brad isn’t doing his best to help his clients in there real estate journey, he loves spending time with his Partner, Family and Friends. He also loves golf with a passion and enjoys been involved in the community.
