Darren Latty

2022 is Darren’s 32nd year in real estate and he’s still reaching new heights. Founder of his own agency in Glebe at just 22 years old, ambition and experience have propelled Darren to become one of the best performing agents in the country.

For the last decade Darren has continually ranked as a Top 5 performing Principal within the PRD Penrith franchise and is currently sitting at number two, among some very stiff competition. At the 2017 Annual Awards ceremony he also received the High Altitude Award, the highest accolade for an individual sales person.

Under his guidance the PRD Penrith office has achieved outstanding results across all four divisions – Sales, Property Management, Commercial & Projects. He opened the Project Marketing department in 2001 and is now recognised as an expert in development site sales and project marketing strategies.
