His extensive background in property related projects and administration together with his hands on approach is a vital component of the management of Harcourts Focus.
As the Licensee, Dennis believes that the administration, professionalism and legal compliance of the business is paramount and a responsibility not taken lightly whilst maintaining an active role in sales and property management. His attention to detail and his negotiating skills is what sets him apart and gives him a real point of difference.
Dennis lives in the area of his real estate focus and ensures he is up to date with local issues as well as being knowledgeable within the greater market place and has a keen interest in property statistics.
