James has been a resident of Green Point since 2006 after moving back from the United States.
Originally from Sydney, James has previously held positions in merchant banking and senior management roles within the hospitality sector both in Sydney and New York City.
A long-held interest in property and property development has been instrumental in a career change in taking a fascination in real estate into reality. Working locally since 2014 James has enjoyed success focusing on Pacific Palms – incorporating Smiths Lake, Blueys, Boomerang & Elizabeth Beaches as well as nearby Coomba, Coomba Bay, Whoota, Topi Topi, Bungwahl, Wootton and Green Point.
With many a repeat client, James prides himself of taking the utmost care of buyers and sellers alike. Knowledge of the local area is paramount to share with potential buyers looking for that coastal/rural weekender or permanent residence.
Apart from work he enjoys getting out and about with his dogs and spending time on our glorious beaches.
