Starting her career in property, straight out of finishing her Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Christine brings to Besser and Co a wealth of knowledge and experience in Trust Accounting.
Christine first worked as a receptionist in a student accommodation company before moving to owner’s corporation trust accounting, and has worked for large real estate companies since 2005, dealing in international commercial and residential property, home and land development and property funds, as well as every day residential property.
She loves that her role still feels like it’s challenging. She feels accomplished when she’s reconciled payments, helping a landlord when they need to do instalment payments on maintenance and explaining the landlords about owner’s corporation requirements and penalties. I try to satisify the landlords by coming up with the best solution for the situation.
Christine prides herself on her efficiency and organisation skills. She always gets back to people within the day of their query. “I don’t like to leave things progressing into the next day.”
Christine is originally from Indonesia and speaks both Indonesian and English fluently. She loves keeping herself healthy, going on hikes, to the gym, to the beach or joining in charity walks for the RSPCA.
