Kate believes that being organised is the key to managing a successful portfolio, and has perfected this over her 20 years’ worth of experience. Having lasted this long in the industry is no mean feat, Kate believes her success and longevity is because she loves the variety in the job. No two days are the same and meeting new and varied people always keeps things interesting and always affords an opportunity to help.

Kate loves to dive head first into any issue and loves problem solving and resolving complicated issues, always working toward the best outcome for all parties involved.

In 2006 Kate achieved her full license and is always looking to further expand her knowledge. Kate’s experience also extends to Owners Corporation, with having worked several years in this division. Kate enjoys working in a supportive team and learning from those you work with, while being open minded, she is certain this is the key to growing in business.

On the weekend you will find Kate cooking up a storm in the kitchen, keeping fit and spending time with friends and family.
