Sitting down with Kerry – we asked her what she believes has kept her successful over the years and what her ethics are
“Real estate is not about the dollar, it’s about people. It’s not about what we want as agents, it’s about our clients’ requirements.
It’s building a rapport with your clients, asking the right questions and listening closely to the answers.
It’s remembering that each client is an individual, and not treating them as a number. You need to understand that everyone is in a different situation, they have different needs and motivations and you need to work to find the best solution for them.
My goal is to make my clients happy, whether they are selling or trying to find their dream home.
I’m particularly pleased when clients refer me to their family and friends as it means they were very satisfied with the result.
As a local resident Kerry knows the benefits of living in Mindarie and surrounding areas.
It’s a fabulous area. The lifestyle is fantastic and I think the beaches are the best in Perth - and they’re not just for the people, there is a great dog beach in Quinns Rocks as well!
Improved transport infrastructure has made the area more accessible and more and more people are able to enjoy everything the region has to offer.”
