Raised on Sydney’s upper north shore, with a deep local knowledge of the area, Lesley brings a wealth of experience, a tireless work ethic, and is known for being a sea of calm in what can often be a stressful time. Her finely honed skills as an exceptional negotiator and strategist, have been key in achieving suburb and street records. Appreciated by her clients for her professionalism and tenacity, Lesley's commitment to helping her clients achieve optimum results is underpinned with a truly caring approach and the desire to make her clients' experiences exceptional. She believes in open and regular communication and brings a calm, positive attitude and tireless work ethic to the process of addressing every client's real estate needs.

Lesley holds a Master of Business in International Marketing and prior to crossing over into real estate, enjoyed a successful global sales and marketing career working both in Australia and overseas. Away from work her passions are music, skiing, improving her golf swing and reminding her two sons that “because I’m the mum” means no further negotiation will be entered into.
