Gabby Ogilvie

Joining Complete Real Estate as a leasing agent in 2016, I was first a sales agent in Naracoorte before taking time out to start a family. As a long-standing staff member of Complete Real Estate, today I bring a broad range of experience to my role in property management and sales support.

Upon my return to work, I joined the property management support team, and I now oversee lease renewals, promote properties for lease, administer contracts and client relations. My strong sales skills have proved invaluable when communicating with both clients and tenants.

At Complete Real Estate we understand the importance of keeping rents in line with current market conditions. More recently, I have been liaising with tenants about market-driven rent increases. My empathetic approach has proved essential throughout these sometimes difficult conversations. Clients and tenants alike appreciate my mature attitude and excellent communication skills, which often involve building a rapport remotely over email or phone.

Staying abreast of the tenancy act and changes to legislation is an essential part of my role, and my broad real estate knowledge helps me to explain any new rules or regulations in layman's terms to clients and tenants alike. My key strengths however include my reliability, dynamic work approach and my extensive experience across both sales and property management.
