Alison Rogers

I’ve been involved in business since the age of 16 and have enjoyed many leadership roles over the years. For more than 3 decades I've honed my skills in building businesses focused on personal relationships, marketing, and business development to support others in pursuit of their goals.

Growing up, I admired stories of my great grandmother who broke the mould and was a significant property investor in the late 1800s. I also saw the impact of exceptional real estate service when my mum worked for a prominent Hobart agent. I became a property consultant so that I could combine my desire to empower others and my passion for real estate. I want to help Tasmanians on their property journey and make selling their largest asset as successful as possible.

I've been fortunate to have mentors who know Hobart real estate like the back of their hand. This support has enabled me to feel confident in my ability to achieve premium results for my clients. I took the opportunity to partner with LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property as a chance to increase my offering and create a bigger impact in our community. I love that I've had the chance to join an internationally recognised brand that has embraced changing times to bring exciting initiatives to the Hobart real estate market.

I’m a mum to four beautiful children and am deeply connected to Tasmania and its people. My desire is to support families, local organisations and charities, particularly in improving the lives of vulnerable women and children. Some organisations I support are Southern Football League, Rotary, Homely Retreats, the Salvos and I have developed my own social enterprise for homelessness and domestic violence support.
