His passion for business and marketing led him to specialise in the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in his hometown of the Gold Coast. With the experience of closing over 500 industrial & commercial property transactions since 2006, Josh leverages his longstanding business contacts to create mutually beneficial outcomes. He has closed major transactions with large operators such as DHL, FedEx/TNT, and Bidvest while also servicing local businesses that are the backbone of the Gold Coast economy. With a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Marketing and Management), Josh has built a solid reputation of diligently following through on his promises and having a continuous focus on achieving his client’s goals.
