It has been a pleasure having Kathy and Chris sell our property. It’s not often you hear the words pleasure and Real Estate agents mentioned in the same sentence. But with Kathy and Chris, the term is appropriate. Not only that, we found them to be knowledgeable, articulate, communicative, honest and fair. And above all, they were very enthusiastic. They break the mould, and make the whole process stress free and fun. We chose Chris & Kathy because they were the agents who gave me honest feedback about my property and what we - the agents and us, needed to do for a successful sale. They have a detailed understanding of the market, and particularly for our type of house in that area, providing insight, rather than just a printout of what had recently sold from the REIQ database. They gave clear explanations of their methodology and the schedule for the complete process, rather than a sales pitch.
