After 24 years working with a major real estate franchise, Warwick saw the need for an independent agency that would focus on servicing the needs of the local community. An agency where leasing, sales and client service were specifically tailored to the Drummoyne property market.

Realising his ambition in 2001, Warwick re-branded the existing business and established his namesake agency. That agency that now has a 20-year legacy, manages over 1,400 properties and employs a team of 28. Warwick believes its success is a result of several elements, critically its dedication to local service. “As a truly independent agency we’re not constrained by franchise obligations. We market and sell our clients’ properties with deep local insight and knowledge.”

Warwick has created a nurturing environment where people are supported in their career. He is passionate about on-going professional learning and embracing new technology, such as virtual auction platforms, to ensure the team deliver an efficient and technically proficient service. “We have sales agents with over forty years’ experience who mentor younger agents through the property cycle. In turn, those younger agents are connected to technological innovations that are changing the way we operate. Learning from each other makes us a dynamic organisation that always keeps the client experience at the heart of what we do.”

His visible and respected leadership means Warwick is held in high regard within the industry. He’s still actively involved in current sales and the day-to-day running of the business. While Warwick is incredibly proud of everything the agency has achieved over the last 45 years, he’s equally proud of the positive difference he’s made to his community. “It’s incredibly important that I give back to the community that means so much to me. It’s an honour to be involved with local charitable organisations such as Rotary Club Drummoyne and Communities for Communities”
