Steve Clark

With almost two decades’ experience in the real estate industry, Steve brings a wealth of experience and industry relationships to his role as Managing Director at Clark Property Partners. With a background in both residential and commercial property, Steve has worked in senior roles for some of Australia’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firms, including CBRE and Colliers International. Steve is passionate, personable and authentic – evidenced by the longstanding relationships he has developed with his clients and the successful results he has been able to achieve. He values the importance of clear communication, collaboration and exceptional customer service, and believes in mentoring younger agents to follow in these footsteps. Prior to launching his career in real estate, Steve was worked in multiple roles within the Australasian thoroughbred racing industry as an apprentice jockey, trainer and form analyst for thoroughbred racing in Australia and even enjoyed a stint living in Japan as a technical advisor for one of the largest equine businesses in the country.
