Frans Lems

Frans is our latest member of the team and brings with him 14 years of Real Estate experience. Having lived in the Fleurieu over the last 15 years, Frans feels at home in this beautiful part of the world.

Real estate is about people and property in that order and through solid communication and negotiation, he works towards a successful outcome for his clients.

Frans specialises in selling investment and development properties, but feels as comfortable helping ‘First home buyers’ or ‘Upsizers’ finding their dream home.

Living in the country on a small hobby farm down the South Coast, Frans loves to spend time outdoors on the land, going for a motorbike ride through the Fleurieu, or scuba diving on the local reefs.
