Ngoc (Yookie) has been working full time in customer service whilst operating small business she has a key focus on customer service. She believes that every individual should be treated equally and that listening to customers and their needs is an important factor to achieve the desired goal.

Ngoc (Yookie) always eager to learn and grow. Knowledge is what she seeks in order to move forward and develop herself as an individual to help her clients. Through determination and not giving up, she strives to be the best she can be to overcome any obstacles and with hardship and experience, she has learnt to look forward to a positive future.

Speaking English and Cantonese and Vietnamese enables Ngoc (Yookie) to bridge the gap between her western/eastern clientele, which gives her a distinct advantage over local agents when dealing with Chinese clients where language may be a barrier.
