Simon Maynard

Simon’s career background has mainly centred around the golf industry both in the UK and WA. He was born and raised in a small town to the west of London. He managed several high-profile golf clubs in the UK over a period of twenty years and left all of them in a far stronger position than when he joined. He moved with his family to WA in 2014 and was the C.E.O. of a golf club located in Cottesloe for five years before turning his hand to the real estate industry. Simon is a hard-working, passionate and driven real estate agent who through his friendly style hopes to develop long-lasting relationships with his clients.

With a natural love for real estate and an enthusiastic, genuine nature he is inherently suited to the property industry and expertly combines his vast network, background in management and sales and an exceptional level of customer service to his clients’ advantage. His strengths are in managing, understanding and “reading” people, underpinning the core of his success in the field of management and sales. Outside of real estate, Simon is a family man with two children, the eldest based in the UK and a daughter at Iona Presentation College in Mosman Park. He plays many sports including golf and continues to love exploring all WA has to offer.
