Mark Rosevear

Born and raised in Wodonga and married to Sue, with 2 sons, Sam and Todd, Mark is the Owner and Officer in Effective Control (VIC) and (Licensee NSW).

He joined Wodonga Real Estate Best Agents in 2007 after three years as Executive Officer of Wodonga Chamber of Commerce where he played a key role in re-establishing the three local chambers into their own entities and over saw their growth into the biggest Chambers between Melbourne and Sydney. This followed 14 years in the local radio industry which culminated in the role of Station Manager of 105.7 The River (Triple M) which during his time at the helm become and remained the most listened to station on the Border.

With extensive Business Management experience behind him, it was a natural progression into business ownership in 2015. Since assuming the role of owner, Mark has instilled a focus on delivering a high level of customer service and been the driving force behind a brand refresh, installation of the latest technology to assist clients and staff alike, cost effective marketing solutions that work and the creation of a positive workplace culture where staff are valued and respected for who they are and what they bring to the team and our clients.

Mark is passionate about the local market and with a solid background in Residential and Land Sales, along with Property Management, he is in a unique position to offer sound investment property advice. Mark excels in negotiation and problem solving and his “can do” attitude, honesty and friendly nature has made him a trusted asset to his many clients.
