Phillipa Marshall

Phillipa Marshall has been with our PRD family as a Licensed Real Estate Agent for 5 years and brings with her 14 years’ experience in the real estate industry, from reception to property management, sales support and managing an agency.

Phillipa appraises any properties that we don't currently manage foe lease and organises the on boarding of new rental properties to the market.

Phillipa’s career started in Newcastle and then the Upper Hunter leading her to the Bay 7.5 years ago.

With Phillipa’s well rounded knowledge of the real estate industry she is a perfect fit as our Business Development Manager and specialises in helping investors looking to lease their properties. Phillipa will also provide her knowledge and experience on how to best market and present the property in order to look to achieve a higher rent, increase tenant demand and in turn look to increase the value of your biggest investment. Her track record for providing first class service in all things property ensures you will get the very best, whether you’re a tenant or a landlord.

In her spare time you’ll find Phillipa at the beach, walking her dog, catching up with friends and family, enjoying the gorgeous Bay or cooking and drinking a nice wine from time to time.
