Peter Peard

For almost 25 years, Peter Peard has owned and operated one of Perth’s premier Real Estate agencies. Originally established to sell blocks of land on large estates in Perth, associates were quick to recommend starting up a residential agency. Fast forward to today, and The Peard Group has consolidated its presence with multiple offices throughout the metropolitan area, along with one of Perth’s largest rent rolls, and a finance and settlement service to boot (but if you're here you know that already!).

What many don't know however, despite the workloads and life of a CEO that many come to expect, Pete works actively to counteract the usual distant, too-busy stereotypes many bosses at his level are often afforded. Petes proactive, “lead from the front” attitude has been instilled in our company ethos since day one, and always extends across to our clients who find him easy to contact with a detailed, hands-on approach.

While operating the company as a whole is no doubt the rewarding challenge that it is, Pete is also never too busy to put his sales hat back on either. Whether it's pushing a large scale project, or helping a fellow sales rep get a big listing over the line, he is certainly not one to forget to his roots. No matter what the situation in the market, state or country, the same resilience and determination from Peter that built this company is what keeps it going today
