Following tertiary studies in sales and marketing, Wayne’s first role in the industry was with a large franchise group in Perth’s southern suburbs. After developing a strong understanding of the industry, Wayne spent the next few years in various project marketing and sales roles with a number of national and international property developers.
After many years as an agent and serving as Licensee for some of WA’s top performing offices, Wayne opened Bellcourt Property Group Mount Lawley in partnership with two long standing colleagues.
Wayne is one of the most active and recongizable agents through the inner northern suburbs of Perth, Highgate and Mount Lawley.
