Lauren Meredith

Lauren commenced working in commercial real estate in 2007 and joined the Raine & Horne Commercial Parramatta team in 2011.

Lauren progressed quickly into a Commercial Property Manager role and is now the Senior Commercial Property Manager for the department.

In this diverse role Lauren covers all aspects of the commercial portfolio as well as overseeing the department. This ranges from accounting, repairs & maintenance, leasing, negotiations of leases, new managements and liaising with all Landlords, tenants and contractors.

Lauren likes to have a hands on approach with all aspects of the properties she manages and endeavours to meet the client’s needs to ensure that all parties are happy at the end of the day.

During her years in the industry Lauren has achieved a wealth of knowledge and experience which has been to the benefit of Raine & Horne Commercial Parramatta and in turn our clients and their tenants, this is also due to her ability to quickly grasp and analyse situations and to meet time tables.
