Boasting over 10 years of property management experience operating across south-east Queensland, Hayley Fisher is Newstead Realty’s esteemed Senior Property Manager.
Originally beginning her career as a receptionist, Hayley first entered the property industry to follow in the footsteps of her mother, but has developed to become an acclaimed professional who forges her own path.
As a Senior Property Manager, Hayley is responsible for training staff and ensuring our systems and processes are second to none. The primary purpose of Hayley’s busy role is ensuring that each client receives the personal service designed to maximise their return and minimise risk—whether you’re a new client, or have been part of the Newstead family for many years, Hayley wants you to not just feel welcome, but know you’re in trusted hands.
“My role is largely to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and feel that we are looking after their investment as if it is our own,” Hayley says.
Organised, diplomatic and strong in nature, Hayley is the ideal respondent when the unexpected happens. From emergency repairs to tenant concerns, Hayley is keen to ensure the ship always sails smoothly, even when the occasional storm brews.
She knows the importance of delivering value for her clients.
“We are working with some of the most personal aspects of people’s lives,” Hayley says, “This is someone’s income or retirement fund, so we handle it with the utmost care and diligence.”

In her spare time, Hayley can be found at the gym, beach, participating in group fitness class or catching up with friends and family exploring new places, experiences and cafes.
