About Donald Brindley
Don acts as a Consultant to GK in a sales, leasing and property management capacity. He has enjoyed an extensive career in Real Estate & Valuations since 1962.
Don was the Principal/Owner of Hill & Parkinson Pty Ltd (which was located in Glenferrie Road Hawthorn) operating for over 100 years. He is well respected in the industry having held roles of President of the REIV and REIA and Past Chair of the National Property Services Competency Standards Committee amongst numerous others.
Don acts as an Expert Witness on general real estate matters, valuation and retail lease issues at all jurisdictions in Victoria and has extensive experience acting as a Determining Valuer and Specialist Retailer valuer in rental disputes. His professional credentials are numerous including Certified Specialist Retail Valuer, Certified Practicing Valuer and Certified Property Practitioner (API).
Don is also a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
