About Joe Wehbe

The third generation of a Sydney-based property development family, Joe Wehbe studied Psychology at Sydney University and has been working in various aspects of property development, management and real estate since 2013.
In 2017, at the age of 22, he co-founded Sydney Listings to convert his family's tradition of self-manging properties into a business that could offer other landlords the same service, decades after his grandfather (Joe Wehbe Senior) decided to take their property management in-house after being disappointed with the property management services offered by established real estate brands.
Joe has sold and leased both residential and commercial properties, and his agency specialises in managing build-to-rent non-strata buildings, looking after all aspects of building management. He has a uniquely broad cross-section of real estate experience, but specialises in Commercial and Residential Leasing & Property/Building Management.
Outside of real estate, Joe is a 2x self-published author, podcaster, Youtuber, avid St. George Illawarra Dragons and Liverpool FC fan, as well as a try-hard comedian.
