Since launching the first Belle Property residential franchise on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 2000, Steve Thomas has gone on to play a significant role in establishing Belle Property’s dominance on the peninsula. Backed by multiple awards and a dynamic team, Steve has expanded into the commercial space by opening Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches.

Over the 20 years that Steve has been in real estate, he has developed a strong and loyal clientele base who have growing portfolios of commercial properties. It was a natural progression for Steve to expand into the commercial space, ensuring his clients continue to receive a complete real estate experience like none other.

Steve´s relaxed approachable style disguises a honed ability to negotiate deals, making him the agent of choice for many of the area´s developers, business identities and celebrities. During the last 10 years Steve has been honoured with representing the prolific $300m plus St Patrick´s estate development on behalf of the Catholic Church, Lend Lease and Oakstand.

His commitment to charity is admirable, being awarded a founder of the children´s hospital at Westmead for his ongoing services and money raised for Manly´s Bear Cottage Children´s Hospice, with his fundraising colleagues.
