As Director of Investment, Sales & Leasing for Belle Property Commercial Northern Beaches, James Willing forms part of an award-winning leadership team. A specialist in sales and leasing of commercial and industrial property, James came to Belle Property with an established career that spans from Perth to Sydney.

Beginning his career with Knight Frank in Perth as an executive assistance, they quickly discovered that James’ skills were best served in sales and leasing. James went on to be part of significant land releases, sub-divisions, leases and sales. Drawn to the unbeatable lifestyle that the Northern Beaches affords, and the opportunities in Sydney’s real estate industry, James decided to permanently relocate from his hometown.

Since being in Sydney, James has had huge success and impact on the market. He was awarded the REI NSW “Young Agent of the Year” in 2015. Significantly, this award took consideration of all agents in all disciplines, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural.
