Graduating university with a dual degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and International Business, Malcolm has travelled the world to gain further experience and knowledge.

Throughout his travels he has worked alongside prominent developers, and established extensive International connections working with a financial media company. Malcolm has built and nurtured his substantial network of relationships and real estate investment channels throughout Oceania and Asia which he continues to use today.

During his years in the property development sector as a Marketing Specialist and Analyst, Malcolm used his prior learnings to conduct market research, analysis, philosophy and theory to carry out business. He has been heavily involved in over 30 projects with a combined value of approximately $600 million, marketing through over 200 channels nationally and internationally and closed multiple transactions worth close to $100 million.

After moving into the luxury residential market, Malcolm was involved in over $60 million transactions within 18 months.
